The choice most families face is a smartphone or nothing. A smartphone opens the internet, social media, games and every app on the store. Nothing means a child who cannot ring their grandmother without borrowing an adult's phone and asking permission first. Ciao Bella exists in the gap: a phone that connects a child to the people who love them and does nothing else at all.
Phones are hand-finished one batch at a time, in nine colourways, with a choice of top and bottom colour. It is built to sit out on a bench and be part of the house, not to be hidden away.
Local stock, local warranty and real people answering email. Support comes from Sydney, not an overseas call centre, and the warranty is honoured here rather than requiring an international return.
