Every Ciao Bella Phone comes with the first two months of Bella Plus included. After that you can keep it for $14.99 a month or drop back to the free plan. Nothing renews automatically — we email you three weeks beforehand to ask.
Calls between Ciao Bella phones are free, always, with no monthly fee. That covers Grandma's place, the best friend down the road and cousins interstate, as long as they also have a Ciao Bella. The free plan also includes one approved parent line, so your child can always reach you.
Unlimited calls to and from any Australian landline or mobile number, still restricted to the contacts you have approved. This is the plan for families whose aunties, uncles or friends are on ordinary phones rather than a Ciao Bella. The two included months start when you first plug the phone in, not when you order. Cancel any time.
There is no SIM card and no cellular plan, because Ciao Bella connects through your home internet. There is no charge for the parent app, and no charge for the free calls between Ciao Bella phones.
Solo $149. BFF Bundle, two phones, $279 (saving $19). Talking Trio, three phones, $415 (saving $32). Payment is taken in full at checkout.
