The parent app is where you decide how your child's phone behaves. It is free with every Ciao Bella and available on iPhone.
Add the people who are allowed to call: grandparents, aunties, the best friend from down the road. Everyone not on the list is blocked by default. You can add and remove contacts whenever you like, and changes take effect straight away.
Choose the windows when the phone stays silent — dinner, homework, sleep. Emergency contacts still get through while quiet hours are on, and 000 is never blocked.
Incoming, outgoing and blocked attempts all appear in the app, so you can see who has been calling without having to ask.
Assign the three one-press buttons on the handset to your child's three most important people, and change them as friendships and family arrangements change.
Approved callers can leave a message when your child misses them, and you can see what has been left.
