The parent app is how you add approved contacts, set quiet hours, configure speed dial and see every call your child's phone has made or received. It is free with every Ciao Bella phone and available on iPhone.
Add and remove the contacts allowed to call the phone. Set the hours the phone stays quiet. Assign the three speed-dial buttons. Review call history, including blocked attempts. Manage voicemail left by approved callers.
Download the app, sign in with the email you used to order, and your phone appears ready to configure. Approved contacts you add are live immediately — there is nothing to install on the handset itself.
The parent app is included with every Ciao Bella phone at no charge. Bella Plus, the optional $14.99 per month plan for calling ordinary Australian numbers, is managed from the same app.
